Hardware Warranty and Software Support
Each FlowLine comes with a hardware replacement warranty at no additional cost. Supplemental service contracts provide different levels of advance hardware replacement and software maintenance to stay current with the latest releases and base feature enhancements.
Supplemental Service Contracts
Gigafin Networks offers upgraded support and maintenance through annual contracts. These options give customers access and upgrades to Advanced Replacement Hardware Support, extended Software Maintenance and access to our Technical Assistance Center and Support Web Portal. Contracts can be renewed annually to support your FlowLine for the life of the product.

Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Support: Provides 5x10 and 7x24 phone, Internet messaging and e-mail support.
